The staff were incredibly welcoming! We enjoyed a cozy Double Room with a king-size bed and a tranquil courtyard view. Easy access to public transport.

The room was clean, cozy, and had a great shower. Loved being close to everything, and receiving a city tour map was a nice touch!

The location is perfect, just outside the busy areas but still walkable to everything important. The room, a Superior Twin Room, was clean and decent size. The front-desk staff provided excellent service, making it easy to get assistance when needed. I appreciated the high-speed wi-fi. it was reliable throughout my stay. Quiet surroundings helped me rest well. However, I found the lack of shelf space in the bathroom a little inconvenient for my toiletries, and the wi-fi connection was occasionally unstable. Also, there was no breakfast option available at the hotel, which would have been a nice touch, though multiple cafes were nearby. Parking is limited, which could be an issue for car travelers, and sometimes there were noisy guests at night, but the soundproofing helped with that.

The check-in process needs serious improvement!!! It’s unnerving to have a receptionist call at 2am for confirmation on room keys!!! A fridge in the room could elevate the experience greatly!!! The small sofa bed left much to be desired!!!
